My name is Joel Roach, and I am from Cleveland Heights, Ohio. After spending some time in Ecuador and Tampa Bay, I now live in the beautiful city of Palm Coast, Florida. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Video Production and a minor in Art (Photography and Graphic Design). I began my career after interning at Cinecraft Productions in Cleveland, Ohio. There I gained invaluable experience with audio and video production. At the early part of my career I edited and produced a video montage highlighting the illustrious career of the famous radio D.J., Lawrence James Travagliante (a.k.a. Kid Leo), that was used for the 2003 Radio and Television Broadcasters' Hall of Fame of Ohio.

My photography and video career took an interesting detour as I worked in healthcare in several roles related to patient advocacy at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, Ohio). Later I oversaw patient experience at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. In such roles I enjoyed collaborating with colleagues to enhance patient and family experiences and spearhead quality improvement. One initiative focused on improving environmental design through wayfinding to help patients and families navigate through an environmentally complex and intricate hospital campus.

I bring the same interest in people and love for ease of navigation to my current business, Buena Vista Property Services, d/b/a Buena Vista Photography Services. Since 2020 I have been suppporting real estate and construction management professionals in creative ways by telling accurate and compelling stories using visual media. Such stories have helped people imagine their interaction with the space of residential or commercial property. The result has helped my customers achieve their time-bound goals as they facilitate real estate and investment contracts.

I work with a small team of post-production artists that I use as needed to help bring photos to perfection.
